Returns
We want you (and your pup) to be thrilled with your order. We will try our best to make it right! At this time, we are accepting exchanges for customers in the United States.
Return window: You have 30 days from delivery to start a return.
Refunds vs. store credit
We don’t issue refunds. Approved returns are issued as store credit. Original shipping, duties, and taxes aren’t refundable, unless of course the issue was on us.

Use our quick self-service return portal linked here! It’ll guide you step-by-step and generate your label. Available for all customers within the United States.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges right now. If you’d like something different, simply return your item for store credit and place a new order.
Condition of items
Please send items back unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging (no odors, stains, or pet hair). If an item comes back not in original condition, we may issue partial store credit or decline the return—thanks for understanding.
Return shipping
Return shipping is customer-paid and handled right in the portal (you’ll see the label cost at checkout). If you’d rather ship it yourself, please use a trackable service—you’re responsible until it reaches us.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@fuzzboyoriginals.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, your order number, and packaging—we’ll make it right. Available to all customers domestic and international.
Final sale + exclusions
Items marked Final Sale can’t be returned.
Sale items are returnable for store credit.
We can’t accept returns on gift cards.
Gifts
Returning a gift? We’ll issue store credit to the recipient.
International returns
At this time we are not able to accept international returns.
Processing time
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll email you the outcome. If approved, your store credit (or refund only if legally required) will be issued within 10 business days. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your credit, please reach out to support@fuzzboyoriginals.com.
